Hits: 5271 EACEA - Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) is responsible for the management of certain parts of the EU's programmes in the fields of education, culture and audiovisual. The Agency's mandate covers a variety of Europe- and worldwide opportunities for organisations, professionals and individuals, at all ages and stages of life. Seven key Community programmes have been partly or fully delegated to the EACEA: Lifelong Learning, Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Culture, Youth in Action, Europe for Citizens and Media, as well as several international Cooperation Agreements in the field of higher education.
