- e-Learning, initially limited to distance learning via internet technologies, has become a mature tool to be used either remotely, face-to-face or in a blended way.
Thanks to its various experiences since 1995 in this field, via the European projects and partners such as International STAR Training and NTIC Solutions, ACTIF-Europe proposes various services and solutions based on e-learning: Needs analysis; validation of the ROI (Return on Investment) both at Human and financial levels; implementations of integrated solutions adapted to the needs.
For instance, ACTIF-Europe has developed a complete training on Intellectual Property Protection for SMEs in e-Learning environment based on MAC-SSIIM project's results or as well some e-Learning repository as a library for the trainers for the e-Dairy farm project based on open source solutions .
- Groupware and collaborative systems: Right from the beginning in 1995, ACTIF-Europe has developed and implemented Collaborative systems.
- The knowledge and know-how have been implemented in the animation of various groupware and collaborative platforms for European projects, but as well in some publication of international articles such as for Telektronic by Telelnor: Article in English (pdf 100kb) on "Intranet based system for a product innovation management process" by Yves Boisselier.
ACTIF-Europe's representatives are also experts to the European Commission in FP6 and FP7 R&D programmes on e-Business, collaborative networking and Digital ecosystems to evaluate projects and for SMEs support as well.

- Editorial group with specific rights can preview these pages and decide to publish them (or not) on-line (including a push system to inform editors of waiting pages to be previewed) .
- Databases are on-line to look for projects or partners throughout the 10.000 European projects of the Initiatives.
- Project coordinators can also input their own description about their project (via a database also)
- Publications and documents on ADAPT&EMPLOYMENT initiatives can also be downloaded or ordered on-line.
